Forbiz is operated by VResearchLab LLC. This page lets you exercise your privacy rights, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and to request access, correction, or deletion, to the extent those rights apply to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable state laws.
Important: much of our data comes from public government records
The business-entity information in the Forbiz service is publicly available from the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz) and other government sources. Under the CCPA, information lawfully obtained from government records is generally excluded from “personal information,” so some rights may not apply to that public-records data, and we cannot change what the government publishes at its official source. We will still review every request and honor the rights that do apply. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
